Tap Simulator: Reborn Fast Progression Guide

A milestone route through Tap Simulator: Reborn: first rebirth, the 20-gem auto clicker, bulk rebirths, pet crafting and every island gate to Shadow Realm.

Fast progression in Tap Simulator: Reborn is one loop repeated at every gate: rebirth to earn gems, spend gems in the skill tree (the 20-gem auto clicker first), buy the best egg you can afford and craft your pets upward, then bank coins for the next island. Every documented launch-week playthrough converges on the same milestone order — first rebirth at around 800 coins, the bridge at 700 tap power, then Sky Island at 10 million coins, Autumn at 13 billion, Mushroom at 500 billion, Desert at 45 trillion, Crystal Cave at roughly 600 trillion and Shadow Realm at about 19 quadrillion.

Two assumptions bound this guide. First, it covers the choices after the opening minutes — the beginner guide handles basic controls. Second, all prices and thresholds come from launch-window recordings from early October 2026, and the very large figures were spoken aloud by players rather than read from a menu, so treat trillions and quadrillions as approximations and recheck them after patches. No source times the route end to end, so you get verified thresholds and order here — not hour counts.

The loop, and what each part is for

The game's own pitch names the four systems you alternate between: tap to earn Coins, hatch eggs for pets, rebirth to get stronger, unlock new islands. They chain together: coins buy eggs and upgrades, each pet multiplies tapping power, rebirths pay gems and raise your per-tap multiplier, and that power plus coins is what islands cost. So the real question at any moment is which of the four you are shortest on — the sections below give the thresholds that answer it.

First targets: first rebirth, auto clicker, bulk rebirths

  1. Hatch the starter eggs (the first costs 100 coins, the next 200) and equip your best pets — every pet multiplies tap income.
  2. Take the first rebirth at about 800 coins. Tap power jumps immediately (one creator went from single digits to 14 per click), and every rebirth pays gems.
  3. Spend your first gems on the auto clicker in the gem skill tree — it costs 20 gems and every recorded playthrough bought it before anything else, because it ends manual tapping.
  4. From then on, rebirth in bulk. Five rebirths cost roughly 10,000 coins early on; later, 625 rebirths cost about 4,400 coins. Bulk buttons beat stacking single rebirths.
  5. Budget the next gems down the skill tree: auto clicker speed at 500, auto rebirth at 2.5k (set a target — creators set 3k rebirths, then raised it to 70k as income grew), egg luck 2 at 1k, then the mid-game clicking set of auto clicks at 6k, auto coins at 30k and click power 3 at 40k.
  6. Raise your rebirth target each time a new bulk button unlocks: +1/+5/+25 at first, then 125, 625, 3.12k, 15.6k, 78.12k and 390k.

The first hard gate is not an island but the bridge, which needs 700 tap power to break — click the bridge itself. Breaking it opens the portal area, unlocks the index machine and exposes a new 300k-coin egg. When the route reaches this gate, the mechanics behind rebirth tiers and benefits live on the rebirth guide; if you want to debate when to push rebirths versus bank them, that is the rebirth strategy page's job.

The island ladder: what each gate costs

The zone order never changes — the teleport list runs Spawn, Sky Island, Autumn, Mushroom, Desert, Crystal Cave, Shadow Realm. Only the price of each gate changes:

GateCost at launch (early Oct 2026)What clearing it opens
Bridge700 tap powerPortal area, index machine, 300k-coin egg
Sky Island10 million coinsNew eggs at 5M and 25M coins
Autumn13 billion coinsFree shrine blessing, seasonal eggs and quests
Mushroom500 billion coinsEnchant luck 1 skill-tree tier, tap defense mini-game
Desert45 trillion coinsCactus egg area, the larger pyramid chest
Crystal Cave~600 trillion coins (single recorded figure)Two new eggs and the diamond crafting machines
Shadow Realm~19 quadrillion coinsFinal zone at recording; pet enchanting

The Coin figures were spoken by players in launch-week videos, so the trillion-scale prices are approximations, and the Crystal Cave figure appears in only one recording — verify it in your own portal menu before saving toward it. Costs can also move with any patch; the updates page tracks changes and the island list keeps per-zone details. For the unlock actions themselves, see how to unlock islands.

Between gates: hatch, craft, equip, repeat

Power between island purchases comes from eggs plus the crafting chain, not from raw tapping:

  1. On each new island, buy the best egg you can afford and skip the cheaper tier — on Sky Island, creators went straight to the 25 million coin egg over the 5 million one as the better value.
  2. Equip best after every hatch; the pet screens sort by best for clicks, egg luck or gems.
  3. Craft goldens at the gold machine: six copies of the same pet craft with a 100% success rate, while fewer copies can fail. Golden crafts roughly doubled one creator's team power on their own.
  4. Five goldens craft a diamond pet, and five diamonds craft a rainbow — the best version. Rainbow crafting is time-based: five diamonds finish in 30 seconds, four in an hour, three in about three hours, and two in five hours, so queue five whenever you can.
  5. In the final zone, enchant your rainbows for extra multipliers such as luck or tap percentage.
  6. Then push coins toward the next island. Skill-tree tiers are capped per island — when you hit the cap (enchant luck 1, for example, stays locked until Mushroom), the next island is the upgrade.

The egg hatching guide covers hatching mechanics, golden pets covers the crafting chain in detail, and the pet team guide covers equipping choices.

Free pickups to fold into every session

Several repeatable sources pay out on top of the loop:

  • Map chests. Two chests sit on the map. The spawn chest paid one creator about 25 million coins; the pyramid-area chest pays more and ran on roughly a six-hour cooldown — his single payout covered his top rebirth option.
  • Bouncing bosses. Each zone has a hopping boss (cloud, pumpkin, mushroom, cactus). One paid about 85 million coins, they respawn about every five minutes, and they drop crafting items for the honey-pot machine.
  • The Autumn shrine. The blessing is free and upgrades in place: tier 2 after 10 minutes in a server, tier 3 after 25. Pick auto clicker speed, golden/rainbow chance or luck — up to 1.5x luck at max tier — and note that switching your pick resets the tier.
  • Quests. Sample payouts: 250 gems for turning a pet golden, 7.5 million coins for opening a Nimbus egg, and 1,000 gems from an Autumn quest.
  • Offline progress. Auto-hatch keeps running at about quarter speed while you are away, and the game also grants coins while offline, so leaving before a break is part of the route rather than lost time.
  • The index. Completing index sections grants pet storage (one creator gained +40 slots from a section, plus +5 per index tier). That matters because a full inventory blocks buying and hatching — craft or delete low pets to keep space free.

Chest payouts, cooldowns and quest rewards above are single-creator, day-specific observations; treat the amounts as examples of scale, not reliable rates. For tuning coin income itself, the coins guide goes deeper.

Travel: jump, don't pay

Do not spend coins or gems buying area access directly — creators who tested it call the price far beyond its worth. Jumping up to each new area is free, and the teleport panel (the small height button above the shop) opens a map of every unlocked zone once you own them, so backtracking is never a bottleneck. The only travel purchase worth considering is the double-jump machine for convenience: about 50k gems for the second jump and about 440k for the third.

Which step is next? A quick decision list

  • No auto clicker yet — rebirth until you hold 20 gems and buy it.
  • A new bulk-rebirth button just unlocked — buy the biggest affordable batch and raise your auto-rebirth target to it.
  • A new egg is affordable — hatch it, then craft six-copy goldens and equip best.
  • Gems are idling — buy the next skill-tree tier: speed (500), auto rebirth (2.5k), egg luck 2 (1k), then the 6k/30k/40k clicking set.
  • Skill-tree tiers capped — save coins for the next island on the ladder.
  • Inventory full — craft goldens or delete your lowest pets before hatching.
  • Island bought — restart the loop on the new zone.

The route never changes shape; only the numbers grow. When you reach a specific gate, the dedicated pages above carry the detail this overview deliberately skips — and before a long grinding session, it is worth a quick check of the codes page for current freebies.
